Job Opportunity: General Worker (Pipe Bender)

Position Location: Boksburg, Gauteng

Responsibilities:

1. Operate pipe bending machines and equipment to shape pipes according to specifications.
2. Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending based on production requirements.
3. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
4. Inspect pipes before and after bending to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
5. Identify and report defects or issues with pipes or the bending process.
6. Perform routine maintenance on pipe bending machines to ensure optimal operation.
7. Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, coordinating repairs with maintenance personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation or pipe bending is advantageous.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production, preferably with pipe bending or machine operation.
• Familiarity with pipe bending machinery and equipment.
• Pipe bending experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
