Job description

Position Overview

What you’ll do:

  1. Provides on-site routine technical service at defined customer lines.
  2. Performs consignment inventory management, manages, records, and maintains all related consumption data at customer processes/lines.
  3. Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable.
  4. Maintains quality/efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to TCS.
  5. Acts as first-window-person between customer line and field sales.
