- 5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on Technical industry knowledge in FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, Petrochemical etc.
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Performance and objective driven individual
- Exceptional matching abilities (matching job spec to candidate)
- Third language would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Willing to work under extreme pressure
- Network in order to build a strong database of skilled candidates
- Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection)
- Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (such as Career portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame.
- Proactively map and identify suitable candidates in line with job specifications.
- Achieve weekly and monthly set activity and financial targets.
- Prepare presentations of candidates to clients.
- Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise.
- Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients.
- Ability to work at fast pace
- Remain self-motivated and use own initiative
Working Hours : 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
