Job description

• 5 to 8 years’ recruitment industry experience with specific emphasis on Technical industry knowledge in FMCG, Engineering, Manufacturing, Petrochemical etc.
• Proven track record of successful placements
• Performance and objective driven individual
• Exceptional matching abilities (matching job spec to candidate)
• Third language would be advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Willing to work under extreme pressure
• Network in order to build a strong database of skilled candidates
• Conduct detailed, competency-based interviews (target and selection)
• Application and knowledge of sourcing tools (such as Career portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Contact candidates, establish interest and interview for relevant positions within the desired time frame.
• Proactively map and identify suitable candidates in line with job specifications.
• Achieve weekly and monthly set activity and financial targets.
• Prepare presentations of candidates to clients.
• Generate own leads to grow client base relevant to expertise.
• Marketing of suitable profiles to potential clients.
• Ability to work at fast pace
• Remain self-motivated and use own initiative

Working Hours : 08h00 to 17h00 (Monday to Friday), with overtime as required.
