Job description

This role is for a business consultant that will focus on the Property industry a estate agents, and their clients, to move funds in and out of South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual and monthly sales targets aligned with company strategy.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients and partners in the FX market.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and expand regional account activities.
  • Drive business development through client acquisition, FX solution delivery, and relationship management.
  • Support clients and partners from enquiry to trade completion, including KYC and onboarding.

Key Competencies:

  • Target-driven, motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and cold-calling skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous).
  • Strong time management and the ability to influence and lead.

Qualifications:

  • Matric, RE exams, FAIS compliant; business/legal qualifications advantageous.

Experience:

  • Experience in financial services sales; entrepreneurial background is a plus.
