Job Title: Health Advisor at Bupa Clinics

As a Clinician at Bupa, our patients will be your top priority. With no shareholders, we reinvest our profits back into our business to give you the extra time and technology you need to make a difference to our patients each day.

As a Health Advisor with Bupa Clinics, you’ll use your training and education to support our customers by providing education on health and wellness. Your focus will be on our customers, spending most of your time engaging with them in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the service delivery of Health Assessments to customers
• Maintaining accurate client records and managing the end-to-end process
• Promoting and encouraging a healthier lifestyle in line with Bupa’s clinical policies
• Carrying out clinical testing such as body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, gas analysis, blood tests for diabetes markers, blood pressure measurement, cholesterol profiling, anemia markers, electrocardiograms, audiometry, and functional movement screening
• Creating individual lifestyle action plans using motivational interviewing techniques to foster behavior change
• Conducting post-assessment follow-up calls to support positive changes and action plans

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in exercise physiology, sports science, or nutrition
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Experience with measurement or assessment in health, fitness, or medical settings (desirable)
• Accuracy in documenting information and working within clinical guidelines
• Ability to build rapport and tailor approaches to individual customers
• Empathy and motivation skills to encourage positive health changes
