Description: Senior Corporate Tax Manager required for a leading energy and utilities business in Greater Manchester

Your new company
This is a well-known and highly regarded utilities business based in Greater Manchester, looking for a Senior Corporate Tax Manager. The company operates across the UK with a strong presence in the North West. The role is within a large, well-rounded tax operations team, offering interesting work and career progression.

Your new role
You will lead and manage all aspects of corporate tax across the UK business. Responsibilities include group reporting, compliance and advisory matters, liaising with HMRC, managing M&A integration, identifying and implementing system improvements, and assisting with wider tax issues. The role is primarily compliance-focused.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an excellent opportunity for a CT Manager with strong experience to advance their career. You should be a tax compliance expert with a proven track record of managing HMRC relationships. Experience in a regulated industry is preferred. Ideally, you will be CTA qualified and trained with a top-10 accountancy practice.
