To provide legal advice, opinions, and solutions, while managing legal risks in line with the Regionalisation model for business units and branches. The Legal Advisor will support regional offices to ensure legal compliance, manage external legal resources, and draft and review client agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and confirming conditions precedent to ensure compliance and obtaining sign-off.
