The role

• Supporting the Finance Team with creditor payments and month-end reporting
• Performing Accounts Payable functions for trade and sundry creditors, ensuring only authorized invoices are paid
• Maintaining aged creditors and reconciling to the general ledger at month-end
• Filing daily paperwork, reconciliations, and other documents in an orderly manner for efficient retrieval
• Reconciling supplier accounts as required
• Managing the Accounts mailbox and communicating with internal and external stakeholders

About you

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in French and English
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Experience with finance systems including Oracle and Great Plains
• Retail accounting experience is a plus
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver results on time in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
