Job Description :

The Sales Executive will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with the company's transformation targets.

Specific Role Responsibilities :
  1. Sell the maximum number of units possible.
  2. Maintain profits within the company's requirements.
  3. Introduce all customers to the F&I.
  4. Make customers aware of all accessories on offer.
  5. Attain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct the "Road To A Sale" with every customer.
  7. Maintain the company's marketing system (Higher Gear) with discipline.
  8. Complete deal files accurately according to company policy.
  9. Complete all CPA documentation legally.
  10. Ensure all required documentation is correct and recorded.
  11. Staff displays/shows appropriately.
  12. Be knowledgeable about any ongoing "specials".
  13. Reach prospecting and Fuel-Online targets.
  14. Maintain full product knowledge.
  15. Adhere to the company's discounting policy.
  16. Keep demo vehicles clean and maintained.
  17. Maintain invoicing policies.
  18. Ensure vehicles are delivered defect-free.
  19. Verify that costs align with the final profit report (VHP).
  20. Introduce customers to key dealership personnel upon delivery (e.g., Service Manager, Parts Manager).
Vehicle Delivery Policies :
  • No vehicles may be delivered until all deposits/shortfalls are collected.
  • Cash deals must be fully paid before delivery.
  • Vehicles not paid within the month must not be invoiced.
  • Customers must be informed of the dealership's payment policy.
  • Quotes must be signed off by management.
  • Work sent to suppliers requires correct authorization; otherwise, costs are the employee's responsibility.
  • Reasonable requests outside your job description may be performed occasionally.
Qualifications and Experience :
