Job Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders upon receipt.
- Confirm commercial terms and email the confirmation to the customer.
- Place purchase orders with the product competency centre.
- Confirm purchase order delivery dates considering materials, suppliers, PCC's, internal capacity, etc.
- Update purchase order confirmations to include the confirmed delivery date.
- Send the purchase order confirmation with the delivery date to the customer via email.
- Attach relevant documents (customer email and purchase order confirmation) to SAP.
- Update the confirmed purchase order delivery date in SAP.
- Ensure timely order release and fulfillment of standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors.
Qualifications
- Degrees focused on Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in purchasing and expediting.
- Knowledge of SAP purchasing module.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Effective communication skills and intercultural competence for working in a multicultural, cross-regional team.
- Business fluent English language skills.
