Assisting the department to implement, improve, and maintain policies and procedures.

Responsible for lender and donor reporting and governance in accordance with their covenants and agreements.

Responsible for Loan Capital and Grant Management.

Annual Budgeting and Forecasting.

Preparing the organization for the external audit, including all necessary documents, reports, and analyses, such as IFRS calculations and statements.

Providing strong strategic leadership to the finance team.

Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for ease of access and retrieval.

Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies, systems, and procedures.

Managing day-to-day transactional relationships with banks and optimizing the use of bank accounts.

Qualifications & Skills: Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Accounting.

Minimum of five years' experience in accounting.

At least 3 years in a management position.

Advanced Excel skills (non-negotiable).
