Job description

Our client in the automotive space are on the hunt for a Tosca Certified Business Analyst with exceptional testing abilities and experience with SAP FICO. With their offices based in the Midrand and Menlyn area you will work on a hybrid model with dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

• Perform all required tasks related to STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
  
• Closely collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the availability of test data.
  
• Establishes the capability of test automation from a business perspective for end-to-end processes for several company codes within Tosca.
  
• Defines and maintains a test concept for test automation for own product.
  
• Ensure that the test automation process is documented and updated continuously.
  
• Performs analysis of test processes and selects appropriate test cases for automation.
  
• Ensure that manual test cases are migrated to automated test cases.
  
• Ensure that automated test cases are updated and documented continuously.
  
• Gathering test data from respective business departments and can define requirements of the data extractors for DevOps.
  
• Executes manual & automated test cases within the Sub-Products and analyses the test protocols and defines relevant actions.
  
• Assist in training other team members in test automation.
  
• Participates in test planning and supports other Sub-Product team members with automated test cases as much as possible.
  
• Coordinates Test automation with other Products where needed.
  

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis and 5+ years’ in testing
  
• BCOM in Accounting or Information Systems (minimum or similar equivalent)
  
• ISTQB certification
  
• Tricentis TOSCA certification
  
• Proven experience in software testing and Test Management
  
• Practical experience in test case design, test planning and test execution
  
• Strong ability to work with business counterparts, IT counterparts & other testers.
  
• In-depth Finance/Business process knowledge (Process & Standards), financial accounting and strong business acumen.
  
• Can communicate influentially and articulately at senior levels with international counterparts.
  
• Can apply professional judgement and provide recommendations to the product owner.
  
• Strong IT Knowledge: SAP Finance (FICO front-end user experience), JIRA (x-ray), TOSCA
  
• Agile methodology experience
  
• Flexible with travel (planned and unplanned)
  
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
