Introduction

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager. Your exceptional ability to inspire and motivate colleagues will be key in unlocking their full potential. Tasks
  • Provide premium customer service and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
  • Track the progress of weekly & monthly objectives.
  • Manage the overall workflow of the store.
  • Contribute to effective stock management.
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on setting and achieving team-specific goals.
