Our client, with multi-franchised dealerships, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join their group. The successful candidate will drive business expansion by generating new leads across digital platforms and optimizing existing ones.

Collaborating with sales teams, you will align strategies and enhance the group's online brand visibility. If you are a strategic thinker with a flair for creative problem-solving and execution, this is your chance to lead impactful marketing campaigns.

Remuneration

R 25 – R 30 depending on experience. Benefits include: company vehicle, fuel, Provident Fund, and Medical Aid.

Duties include:
  1. Lead Generation
  2. Develop and execute digital initiatives to generate new leads.
  3. Manage Google Ads campaigns, independently or with an agency.
  4. Create and oversee lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
  5. Experiment with and optimize new marketplaces like Autotrader and Cars.co.za.
  6. Test additional channels for lead generation.
  7. Utilize in-house data for data mining to identify high-quality leads.
  8. Develop and manage email campaigns for lead engagement.
  9. Automate lead processes for real-time allocation.
Collaborate with Sales:
  1. Act as liaison between dealers and the manufacturer's marketing team.
  2. Work with sales to improve lead quality.
  3. Schedule meetings and maintain communication with sales teams.
  4. Report campaign performance and KPIs to stakeholders.
Build the Brand Digitally:
  1. Enhance digital presence through Facebook updates.
  2. Manage Facebook Ads campaigns.
  3. Oversee the Donford Group website, perform A/B testing, and optimize for lead generation.
  4. Manage communications on social media channels.
  5. Support national digital marketing campaigns, including planning and reporting.
  6. Ensure model pricing and offers are reflected across digital assets.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years experience in the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and proactive approach.
  • Expertise in data analytics and digital channels.
  • Familiarity with website optimization tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and campaign design.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, customer service orientation.
