As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice behind the brand — guiding customers through their online shopping journey and making every interaction feel personal, efficient, and delightful.

What You’ll Do
  1. Engage with customers via chat, email, SMS, or phone to answer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and more.
  2. Represent the brand’s tone, values, and personality in every customer interaction.
  3. Troubleshoot order concerns, process returns and exchanges, and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Provide product recommendations and clear information to support confident purchases.
  5. Document interactions and share insights to improve support and overall customer experience.
  6. Communicate customer trends and recurring concerns to internal teams to help refine support strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  1. 1+ year experience in e-commerce customer service, client support, or online order assistance.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and professional.
  3. Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
  4. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain empathy in high-volume environments.
  5. Comfort working independently and remotely.
