Hours: U.S. Time
Days: 6 days per week.
Salary: Commission Base range: 600-3000++ monthly

Responsibilities:

Make 150 outbound calls per day
Reach out to clients for upselling and re-engagement
Daily meetings with the Sales Manager
Attend training and 1:1 coaching sessions
Minimum working hours: 8 AM - 7 PM
Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes
Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (U.S. or U.K. English)
Internet speed over 25 Mbps, quiet environment, headset
Reliable Zoom calls
Ability to upsell and create a need for the customer
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a start-up business environment
Previous experience in telesales and customer service
