Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Responsible for managing product life cycles from entry to exit.
- Drive productivity of stock movements related to delivery receiving and transfers.
- Implement Heart of House principles and manage stockroom layouts and maintenance.
- Execute store operations focusing on product and customer service aligned with brand image.
- Provide feedback and coaching to subordinates and store team using expertise and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be aware of store targets and actively work to meet or exceed them using all available resources.
- Use retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
- Model stockroom operations, ensure process adherence, and suggest productivity improvements.
- Own the completion of deliveries accurately and promptly, following stock protection procedures.
- Record and manage all stock movements via IC processes or Omnichannel systems in a timely manner.
- Work with line manager to ensure availability of consumables and address issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments in collaboration with the store team.
- Ensure stockroom health and safety policies are followed to maintain a safe environment.
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to drive commercial success.
- Lead and train the team on stockroom operations, managing performance with the Company Performance system (#MyBest) and HR support.
- Collaborate respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals.
- Support team members as needed and pursue personal development opportunities.

- Experience in stockroom or people management is mandatory.
Requisite Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a sports/fashion retail environment with advanced stock management and logistical experience.
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy, with strong verbal communication skills.
- At least 2 years in a senior stockroom management role.
