This is a job creation to support the launch and commercialization of two flu vaccines in France. CSL Seqirus and Vifor France are both CSL companies: CSL Seqirus has designated Vifor France as the 'exploitant' for upcoming CSL Seqirus vaccine launches in France. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of effective cross-functional omnichannel brand strategies to maximize profitability, market share, and growth in France.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members (Vifor France, CSL Seqirus France, and International) as part of a high-performing team.
- Managing and developing the Junior Product Manager, ensuring alignment with medical, sales, and other teams.
- Leading strategy development, execution, customer adoption, and field team coordination for omnichannel initiatives.
- Supporting tender management for retail pharmacy procurement groups and hospitals in collaboration with the Sales Lead.
- Overseeing the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecasting process for France.
- Developing a strong understanding of the influenza vaccines market, customers, and competitors.
- Ensuring strategy implementation is compliant for Vifor France and CSL Seqirus.
Additional Tasks
- Defining the brand’s annual strategic and budget plans in alignment with internal and international stakeholders.
- Leveraging international knowledge and activities, providing feedback, and participating in meetings.
- Understanding customer and competitor products to enhance competitive advantage.
- Creating innovative brand and portfolio strategies with high-value services for pharmacists and procurement groups.
- Supporting tender management and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Overseeing sales and budget forecasts.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the French health environment and influenza policy.
Operational Marketing
- Executing brand strategies with differentiated value propositions, key messages, and activities.
- Optimizing channel mix to deliver value, especially to pharmacists and retail groups.
- Coordinating medical-marketing and institutional projects with medical and sales teams.
- Managing communication activities, including conferences, press releases, etc.
- Developing customer insights, innovative ideas, and tactical excellence.
- Measuring ROI of marketing actions.
- Monitoring market trends and product performance.
- Supporting sales teams with strategic and communication tools.
- Maintaining trust-based relationships with external customers and field teams.
- Managing external suppliers and marketing Opex budget.
Compliance
- Ensuring full compliance with country and internal policies.
Requirements
- University or higher degree.
- Dual training in science and marketing, ideally pharmacist/doctor + business school.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in marketing within retail pharmacy and procurement groups.
