Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Renewable Project Manager to lead solar, substation, and grid projects locally and internationally.

The ideal candidate will manage all phases of project development, from conception to commissioning, with a special focus on a 1MW PV Solar Farm in the DRC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage renewable energy and power infrastructure projects
2. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and conduct site assessments
3. Oversee tendering, feasibility studies, compliance, and budgeting
4. Provide technical leadership and train junior engineers

Requirements:

1. Degree / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
2. 8+ years in a similar role, with proficiency in project management tools
3. Fluent English; French is an advantage
4. Registration with ECSA / SAIEE / SACPCMP preferred
