We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our production team.

The purpose of the Digital Press Operator is to support the plant's goals by efficiently operating a digital press, printing labels to specifications, and maintaining consistent quality.

The Role

In this exciting and varied role, you will:

• Operate a digital printing machine to complete client orders, adhering to our high standards of customer service to meet targets and deadlines.
• Manage the printing process on an HP Indigo web press to meet quality and specification standards.
• Achieve a KPI target of 100% Material and Labour Conversions with a cost-effective approach to all print work.
• Check all components and report any maintenance requirements.
• Maintain quality assurance records and adhere to quality standard practices.
• Train and coordinate duties with Assistant Printers.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

• Experience with HP Indigo Digital print technology.
• HP Level 1 training is an advantage.
• Experience with high-embellished labels is an advantage.
• Quality-driven with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or shifts.
• A positive team player with a “Can Do” attitude.
• Ability to adhere to and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
