Job description

A market leader within the FMCG sector is looking for a dynamic HR Assistant for their branch in Bloemfontein.

Position Info :
  • Advanced MS Excel skills - Essential
  • Valid driver's license
  • Recruitment and appointment of staff in line with branch staffing requirements
  • Staff compliance with the company's conditions of employment
  • All factors affecting payroll input and the timely submission thereof to Head Office, as well as the administration of payslips
  • Administration and management of all staff benefits
  • Staff terminations
  • Dealing with all employment-related queries
  • Capturing Human Resources related statistics for Head Office
  • Ensuring disciplinary hearings are effectively managed
  • Preparing for and attending to CCMA matters
  • Facilitating Occupational Health and Safety in the branch
  • Arranging training in conjunction with the training manager
  • Assisting and contributing at a management level to the achievement of performance targets for the branch
