Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure the plant is sufficiently cleaned according to Ecowize Standards by following and taking full responsibility for the 10-Steps Cleaning Process.

Summary of Responsibilities

1. Perform the 10-steps of cleaning daily, adhering to food safety standards to maintain a food-safe environment.
2. Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
3. Handle all operational activities related to daily cleaning, including CIP and Deep Clean Processes.
4. Maintain excellent customer relationships and meet customer expectations.
5. Manage daily tasks according to schedule.

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Experience in Deep Cleaning is essential.
• Experience in wet plant cleaning, further processing, and abattoir operations is advantageous.
• Able and willing to work different shifts.
• Chemical stock control experience is essential.
• Ability to follow and complete daily work instructions.
