Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent located in City of Cape Town. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings and negotiations, and keeping up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) or working towards one
• Skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
