Job Purpose

As a Sales Call Centre Agent, you'll play a key role in driving our outbound sales efforts.

Reporting to the Outbound Team Leader, you will promote, sell, upgrade, or retain customers through engaging inbound and outbound calls.

Your energy, resilience, and passion for customers will help us reach our sales targets and deliver a standout customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound / inbound calls to promote and sell Blue Label Connect products and services.
  2. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  3. Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service with a "customer is king" mindset.
  5. Understand and clearly communicate product offerings to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
  7. Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence.
