Part of the senior management team - oversee the company's daily business operations and administration. The duties include compiling the company's financial reports, implementing business strategies, and optimizing the organization’s operational capabilities.

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
2. Strategic Planning : plays a key role in the company's strategic planning, collaborating with the CEO and other executives to establish goals and future directions.
3. Operations Oversight : responsible for overseeing and managing the company's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
4. Resource Management : handles human resource management, ensuring the availability of qualified personnel, adequate training, and efficient resource allocation.
5. Operations Optimization : constantly seeks ways to improve operational efficiency and process optimization, reducing costs and maximizing profits.
6. Quality Control : ensures that all services provided meet the quality and safety standards required by the oil and gas industry.
7. Vendor Management : manages vendor relationships and contractual negotiations to ensure the timely delivery and quality of materials and services required.

Requirements :

1. Engineering related qualification
2. MBA would be an advantage
3. 8 – 10 years’ experience in a similar, senior role.
4. Experience in Oil & Gas operations
5. Knowledge of strategic planning, budget management, financials, and import.
6. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations of the industry
7. Understanding of diverse business functions
8. Experience in leading projects
9. Understanding of corporate governance and general management best practices
