We’re looking for a South African-based professional with excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.

We’re a fast-growingBPO companyworking with a leadingU.S. appliance repair brand, and we’re looking for aprofessional, phone-savvy Customer Support Representativeto join our remote team.

This role isinbound call-heavy, and you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing help with their home appliances — think refrigerators, ovens, washers, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls with confidence and empathy
  • Schedule repair appointments and explain service steps
  • Troubleshoot basic appliance issues using scripts and training
  • Coordinate with technicians and update CRM systems in real time
  • Ensure customers feel heard, helped, and happy by the end of each call

Who You Are:

  • Based inSouth Africawith excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills
  • Clear, professional phone voice– warm, confident, and easy to understand
  • Prior experience incustomer service or call centers (2+ years)preferred
  • Able to workfull-time U.S. hours (3PM–11PM SAST)
  • Fast learner with a friendly, problem-solving attitude
  • Committed to along-term, stable remote position

Technical Requirements:

  • Fiber Internet, wired connection (min.25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up)
  • Backup internet(mobile hotspot or second ISP)
  • UPS backup power– minimum 1 hour for router & laptop
  • Laptop or PC withi5 processor / 8GB RAM or better
  • Quiet, professional workspace (no background noise)

What You’ll Get:

  • Monthly Salary: R18,000 – R24,500/month (BOE)

This is a full-time remote role working directly with one of our property management clients through our BPO agency. You’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team that’s building something amazing.

Work hours:9am to 5pm EST

Schedule:Monday through Friday – Full Time
