Job Purpose
Ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees for vacant positions, whilst growing a strong talent pipeline using various sources like social media networks and employee referrals.

Duties
Ensure TSU attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Meet regularly with Department Managers to plan and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Review and update job descriptions aligned with vacancies.
Advise the HR Manager of discrepancies in job descriptions based on recruitment requirements or exit interview feedback.
Create employee personas to improve selection criteria tailored to each job posting.
Review employee personas with Department Managers to align recruitment advertisements.
Design recruitment advertising to target desired talent and enhance brand awareness.
Evaluate and select appropriate job boards and social media platforms for advertising.
Monitor the success of job postings (views & applications).
Sourcing candidates via databases, social media, and referrals.
Set up recruitment pipelines, including screening questions and automated responses.
Review CVs and application documents.
Manage applications through the recruitment pipeline.
Conduct interviews in-person or via TEAMS and record them.
Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
Verify candidates who pass initial assessments.
Compile reports on the top 5 candidates.
Present shortlisted candidates to Department Managers and senior management.
Candidate Relationship Management
Serve as the contact person during recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
Conduct candidate satisfaction surveys post-recruitment to improve processes.
Plan and implement annual recruitment interventions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Understanding of social media platforms and their use in recruitment.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Punctuality and reliability.
Experience in career guidance and coaching.
Excellent communication skills in English, with good grammar.
Multitasking abilities.
Experience with exit interviews and reporting.
Developing role-specific employee personas.
Planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Reporting skills on project progress.
Experience with various interview formats and recruitment software.
High emotional intelligence (EIQ).
Focus on quality with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the Private Security Industry.
Initiative and strong work ethic.
Ability to conduct structured, competency, and behavioral interviews.
Decision-making, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
Remuneration
