As a Community Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our centres operate smoothly. While our buildings are aesthetically pleasing and tech-savvy, it is people like you who truly complete the experience. You will help create a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction.

What you’ll need…
  1. Customer Service - Experience in the service industry is essential, with a background in retail, hospitality, or creative arts being advantageous. We provide comprehensive training to support your development.
  2. Leadership - Ability to work independently within a small team (2-5 members). Our leaders are inspiring, caring, and nurturing, fostering motivation and delivering exceptional customer service daily.
  3. Tech - Proficiency in basic IT packages such as MS Office is required. Additional systems training will be provided.
  4. Problem Solving - Ability to think on your feet and handle new challenges daily to ensure smooth centre operations.
