Sales Manager (Salvaged Vehicles)

My client is an established business located in Wynberg, Sandton.

They are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the sales division team, ensuring efficient management aligned with company standards to deliver optimal results for clients and the company through continuous improvement and proactive qualitative actions.

Experience Needed:

1. 5 years in a management position
2. Used car sales or salvage industry experience
3. Motor industry knowledge
4. Tertiary qualification (advantageous)

Job Requirements:

1. Contribute to branch profit by increasing dealer base and controlling costs
2. Ensure compliance with external and group governance standards
3. Establish internal controls for efficient processes and systems
4. Provide timely and accurate reports
5. Ensure world-class customer service at all customer interfaces
6. Manage and develop human resources

Salary will include a fixed portion plus commission.
