Our Client, a leader in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry is seeking a Brand Manager to join their team based in Johannesburg.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager, in both traditional and social media aspects
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics and branding principles
  • High attention to detail
  • Service orientated and standards of high quality
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and plans, including brand positioning, messaging and target audience identification.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitors and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as graphic design team and Product Owner to align brand and marketing objectives and develop marketing plans.
  • Create and manager brand budgets.
  • Develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies and plans, including print, digital and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement marketing tactics and activations to promote consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and compliance with Group Marketing Corporate Identity in accordance with
  • Gaming Board compliance.
  • Build and manage relationships with keys stakeholders, including agencies, media partners and vendors.
  • Manage and implement product launches, events and activations and coordinate with relevant teams.
