Job Description: My client is seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead the maintenance and repair operations of mechanised agriculture equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and schedule machinery/equipment maintenance
  2. Inspect, test, and ensure cost-effective repairs
  3. Order spares and manage inventory
  4. Respond to product and pricing inquiries
  5. Manage workshop profitability and service marketing
  6. Uphold SHEQ standards and lead a diverse team
  7. Drive digital transformation and process improvement
Minimum Requirements:
  1. National Diploma (Sales & Marketing)
  2. 4 years of relevant experience
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanised agriculture (New Holland preferred)
  4. Proven leadership and management skills
  5. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong customer focus and communication skills
  7. Ability to optimize operations and lead a team
