Job Description

Customer Communication & Account Management

  1. Manage office communications via phone (WhatsApp and calls), assisting retail and wholesale customers with order updates and inquiries.
  2. Receive, process (print, pack, and dispatch), and track wholesale orders across all platforms (phone, email, and website).
  3. Generate and send invoices for wholesale orders, maintaining accurate records of transactions and packing slips.
  4. Guide retail customers through the membership platform, explaining product ranges and granting access as needed.
  5. Send WhatsApp broadcasts to wholesale customers for monthly promotions and manage automated responses when required.
  6. Oversee and respond to customer inquiries via office emails.
Operations
  1. Coordinate daily activities with the warehouse manager to ensure timely packing, checking, and dispatching of orders.
Logistics
  1. Schedule and manage deliveries using company drivers, Uber, and courier services.
  2. Liaise with couriers and drivers to ensure timely collection and delivery of orders.
  3. Communicate with retail and wholesale customers regarding delivery updates.
  4. Assist with Takealot lead-time orders when necessary.
General Administration
  1. Manage the procurement of packaging, boxing, and office supplies.
Tastings & Promotions
  1. Organize and schedule promoters for events, ensuring correct timing and location details.
  2. Train new promoters as needed.
  3. Arrange and dispatch necessary equipment and stock for tasting events.
Attributes
