My client is an established business in Wynberg, Sandton. They are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the sales division, ensuring team management aligns with company standards to deliver optimal results through continuous improvement and proactive actions.

Experience Needed:
  1. 5 years in a Management Position
  2. Used car sales or salvage industry experience
  3. Motor industry knowledge
  4. Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Job Requirements:
  1. Contribute to branch profit through dealer base expansion and cost control
  2. Ensure compliance with external and group governance standards
  3. Establish internal controls for efficient processes and systems
  4. Provide timely and accurate reports
  5. Maintain world-class customer service at all interfaces
  6. Manage and develop Human Resources

Salary comprises a fixed portion plus commission.
