Head of Finance (MEDICAL SECTOR) - Randburg R2.5 to R3 mil TCTC per annum

Medical-related concern requires a CA (SA) with 6+ years of experience in a similar role within the medical sector.

The Head of Finance, responsible for Facility, Logistics, and Warehouse Management, is a senior leadership position overseeing financial operations, physical infrastructure, logistics, and warehouse activities.

This role ensures the company's financial health while maintaining and improving infrastructure and operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and experience in facility, logistics, and warehouse management.

Primary duties and responsibilities include :

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support expansion into new markets and services.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk management to promote sustainable growth.

Financial Reporting and Compliance :

Oversee preparation and analysis of financial reports to inform strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and integrity.

Review VAT and income tax calculations for compliance.

Participate in quarterly Board calls and monthly financial reviews of Business Units.

Treasury and Cash Management :

Financial Systems and Processes :

Enhance financial systems to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Implement best practices in controls, governance, and internal audits.
