We are offering an excellent career opportunity within the retail sector to configure and test SAP Advanced Returns Management (ARM) and SAP Transportation Management (TM) functions.

Minimum Requirements

1. SAP ARM / TM Certification
2. 3+ years IT-related Degree (advantageous)
3. Certified in TOGAF, Agile Methodologies (advantageous)
4. Certified in COBIT, Prince II (advantageous)
5. Certified in ITIL 3 (required)
6. 4+ years SAP ARM / TM design and configuration experience
7. 2+ years Agile experience (e.g., sprint planning, stand-up)
8. Knowledge of Retail SAP architecture, implementation, and operations
9. Expert functional knowledge of SAP ARM / TM and integration with other SAP modules
10. Knowledge of retail merchandising processes
11. Knowledge of SAP Master Data module
12. Understanding of development concepts, guidelines, and SAP Architecture
13. Application of relevant IT best practices
14. Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and frameworks (ITIL 3)
15. Knowledge of project & program management methods and tools

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize SAP ARM / TM solutions based on business requirements
• Lead workshops with business to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design and document ARM / TM processes
• Integrate SAP ARM / TM with other SAP systems
• Provide expertise in ARM / TM master data setup, including warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, and resource management
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live support
• Provide ongoing support and guidance
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and scoping activities
• Make recommendations to optimize SAP ARM and TM processes, policies, and procedures
• Identify solutions to business requirements and ensure effective resolution of problems and incidents
• Stay updated with the latest SAP ARM / TM features and industry trends
