About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will manage and optimize Azure modules such as Ultron, Digital Safe, and Feature Environments, ensuring compliance with Azure networking and security policies (Application Gateway, Firewalls, Security Core). You will design and improve Azure DevOps Pipelines, lead the migration from ADO Classic UI to YAML, and automate infrastructure deployment using PowerShell, Terraform, and IaC tools. Additionally, you will support Windows environments (IIS, SQL Server) and collaborate with security teams to maintain a secure and scalable infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business support through data analysis and research.
  • Modify pre-designed queries for research data assessment.
  • Run basic data statistics independently, including coverage stats and field populations.
  • Conduct routine data review and verification, ensuring timely corrections or clarifications.
  • Investigate, track, and report data issues.
  • Provide technical problem-solving support to less technical teams (customer service, consumer advocacy, etc.).
  • Complete new data onboarding and manage production data functions as required.
  • Utilize various data workflow management and analysis tools, producing ad hoc data counts or stats as needed.
  • Resolve and guide data sources in resolving basic data issues within specific functional areas.
Requirements
  • Diploma/degree in business or IT-related field (Mathematics/Science/Computer Science preferred).
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI, Tableau, AWS Redshift, or DBeaver.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements, building, and deploying dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of API Management and service integrations.
