Job Description
  1. Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
  2. Have comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, health club, and other properties.
  3. Ensure high standards of guest service and attitude, taking personal responsibility for service quality.
  4. Address guest satisfaction issues promptly and follow up accordingly.
  5. Be proactive and suggest alternatives to enhance guest experience.
  6. Collaborate with hotel departments to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  7. Attend hotel events, shift briefings, and training to improve skills.
  8. Greet guests warmly, upsell rooms, and optimize revenue.
  9. Manage daily arrivals and departures, verify guest information, and allocate rooms.
  10. Provide guests with information about the hotel and its surroundings, and arrange special services as requested.
  11. Stay updated on hotel developments, update communication logs, and coordinate with other departments for guest services.
  12. Handle late reservations, monitor room availability, and promote hotel promotions.
  13. Utilize yield management to maximize room revenue and promote food and beverage options.
  14. Follow credit procedures, establish guest credit, and monitor accounts for adherence to limits.
Qualifications
  1. Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
  2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  3. Knowledge of front office procedures.
