Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and strengthen our national sales efforts within the commercial interiors and workspace solutions sector.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for accelerating sales performance, enhancing team effectiveness, and developing sustainable growth strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of commercial awareness, a passion for performance, and the leadership skills required to build, guide, and motivate a results-driven sales culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the full sales function to meet and exceed defined business targets.
  2. Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies aligned to the company's overall goals.
  3. Provide strong, inspirational leadership to the sales team, instilling a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  4. Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and market opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
  5. Support high-value sales opportunities and contribute to the negotiation and closing of key deals.
  6. Identify capability gaps and lead the development and coaching of team members.
  7. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with operational, marketing, and strategic priorities.
  8. Play a critical role in shaping the future direction of the sales organisation.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving strong commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of strategic sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
  • Skilled in people development, sales coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and business judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in interiors, furniture, design, fit-out, or related sectors is advantageous.
