1. BEng / NDip in Mineral Resource Management or Mining Engineering
2. Blasting Certificate
3. Extensive knowledge of Mine Planning Software (e.g., MineRP, Deswik Studio, 5D planner)
4. Minimum 4 years underground mining experience
