To sell Commercial Property Finance products and develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential clients in the commercial property industry.

To proactively source and acquire new business, structure transactions, and manage the transaction origination process.

To ensure effective sales execution to achieve sales and service targets.

To provide specialist input and advice into Business Banking's products.

Qualifications

Experience Required

• 5-7 years of experience in general banking and/or property finance.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry, property development, quantity surveying, or valuation.
• Experience in selecting, gathering, and consolidating financial information for comprehensive financial assessments.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting balance sheets, ratios, income statements, and cash flows.
