Absa Group is seeking a FAIS licensed financial adviser to join their team in Secunda. The role involves conducting financial needs analyses, providing tailored investment and insurance recommendations, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting and experience in client relationship management.

The role involves following the six steps of financial planning as a FAIS licensed financial adviser. The adviser must introduce themselves professionally, explain the services offered, conduct a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) in areas such as Investment, Life Insurance, and Estate Planning, and make recommendations based on the FNA. Recommendations should align with the adviser’s accreditation categories and Absa-approved products that meet client needs. Upon client approval, the adviser implements the advice through Absa’s processes and conducts regular reviews to ensure continued suitability and compliance with licensing requirements.

Education
Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Accounting, or a National Senior Certificate/Matric (Grade 12).
