Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain the Managing Director's schedule, efficiently organizing meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
- Process basic financial administration, including invoice generation and distribution, alongside additional accounting responsibilities
- Employ accounting systems to monitor expenditures, generate reports, and ensure precise financial documentation
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and refine business processes
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director across various tasks and special initiatives
- Facilitate both internal and external communications, ensuring appropriate delivery of critical information
- Monitor important project milestones and deadlines for the Managing Director, providing assistance with task prioritization and follow-through
- Oversee and respond to email communications, maintaining prompt and professional correspondence with prospects and clients
- Proven track record in managing email communications and addressing client inquiries with professionalism
- Self-driven entrepreneurial approach—preference given to candidates with previous business ownership experience or strong entrepreneurial aspirations
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
