Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Manage all administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Production: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Supply Chain: Manage supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations, implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and recalls.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align factory operations with current market trends and customer needs, driving sales growth and revenue.

Requirements:
