Job Title: Factory Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administration: Manage all administrative tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Production: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Supply Chain: Manage supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations, implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and recalls.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry.
