Datacentrix is looking for an ITSM Consultant - Ivanti Heat with at least 5+ years of backend experience.

Operational Support: Analyze options, risks, and impacts to business processes; ensure timely resolution of support calls; assist 1st Line Support as needed; apply ITIL best practices; maintain Service Level Management processes including SLA, OLA, and UC; evaluate and implement process improvements.
2. Database Management: Ensure data integrity across modules; perform data backup and restore; monitor database space; query databases using appropriate languages.
3. Heat Administration and Support: Install, configure, upgrade, administer, and monitor Heat modules and related software; produce performance statistics.
4. Configuration and Customization: Set up incident, change, and service request management; configure templates, approvals, and workflows; manage service catalog and organizational structures.
5. Additional Responsibilities: Develop and implement service management processes; support operational systems and development environments; ensure data policies and procedures are followed.
