The Marketplace Operations Associate will elevate the quality and performance of our property listings across short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. This role is vital to ensuring our online presence is polished, consistent, and effective in driving bookings and guest satisfaction.
You'll take ownership of listings across multiple marketplaces, maintain high standards of accuracy and appeal, and work closely with teams across the business to streamline operations and solve problems. What You'll Be Doing
- Listing Management: Own the setup, updating, and upkeep of property listings across several booking platforms, making sure every detail is spot-on and visually compelling.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough audits of listings to ensure they meet our standards for accuracy, brand alignment, and competitiveness.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of priorities related to listing and platform performance.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Use Google Sheets to review performance data, identify trends or issues, and turn insights into actions that enhance visibility and conversion.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical or operational issues related to third-party platforms and implement process improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
- Process Improvement: Help refine internal workflows, contribute to key team goals, and maintain delivery timelines across your tasks.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, you will have experience in platform support or listings-focused roles within a tech-enabled or short-term rental environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Confident in using spreadsheets to spot patterns and make data-backed decisions that improve listing performance.
