Job Description

Job Purpose : To ensure the efficient operation of the store and service excellence by leading and directing the store operations team to meet sales, profit, and compliance targets, thereby providing a competitive advantage for the brand.

Job Objectives
  1. To achieve the store's financial performance by driving sales, monitoring targets, and taking proactive actions.
  2. To manage operational activities including expenses, stock, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration.
  3. To oversee visual merchandising and maintain store presentation and promotional standards.
  4. To develop and motivate employees through effective leadership and ongoing development.
  5. To schedule staff efficiently in line with company policies.
  6. To handle administrative tasks such as employee records and attendance.
  7. To implement customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  8. To build relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  9. To monitor customer trends and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities.
  10. To promote cohesion between store, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
  11. To foster a high-performing business culture aligned with company values.
Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience :
Essential : Grade 12 (Maths 50%, English 50%)
Essential : Degree or Diploma in retail, finance, pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in store management within retail/FMCG or successful completion of Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme.
Financial management experience (budgets, P&L, ratios).
