From airfreight and seafreight to cross-border solutions and e-commerce warehousing, we deliver tailored logistics services that drive reliability and value for our clients.We are expanding our commercial team in Isando, Johannesburg, and are looking for a results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to grow our client base and revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who understands the logistics space and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.Role OverviewAs a Logistics Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring that revenue and margin targets are achieved across all lines of business.

You'll work closely with operations and carrier partners to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth.Key Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referralsGrow and retain revenue within the existing customer baseDevelop and present tailored proposals and quotes, including spot and formal bidsNegotiate rates and contract terms aligned with company objectives Client Relationship ManagementMaintain close contact with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retentionFollow up on service concerns and liaise with internal teams to resolve client issuesCommunicate proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients regarding service updates Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline managementSubmit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and outreachMonitor progress toward sales targets and KPIs, adjusting strategy where necessary Operational SupportAssist with tracking and tracing shipments upon requestWork closely with carrier teams to ensure cost-effective, reliable freight solutionsDocument customer issues thoroughly and support the coordination of logistics servicesMinimum Requirements5 years of experience in logistics or freight salesStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident, professional phone etiquetteIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Shipshape softwareStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team mindsetSelf-driven, disciplined, and motivated by sales targets and growthWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structure Medical aid, retirement annuity, and life cover contributions A dynamic, fast-growing logistics company with local roots and global vision A collaborative, high-performance work environment that values initiative and ambitionApply NowIf you're ready to bring your sales expertise to a company that's redefining logistics in South Africa and beyond, we want to hear from you.
