Introduction

Vacancy

The IIE Varsity College, Westville Campus is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Student Capacity Planning: Understands timetable phases and advises on teaching out qualifications, ensuring formal approval processes are followed.
  2. Lecturer Budget Support: Keeps academic teams informed for budget planning.
  3. Venue Management: Allocates venues, liaises with facilities, manages classroom checks, and communicates timetable changes.
  4. Assessment Timetabling: Plans venues and IT for assessments, assists with scheduling.
  5. Timetabling & Attendance Management: Allocates lecturers, manages timetable updates, handles attendance registers, and monitors registration and attendance.
  6. Programme Operations Support: Acts as liaison for programme issues, maintains communication, manages resources, and supports campus events.
  7. Campus Collaboration & Team Support: Supports campus projects, complies with POPIA, and collaborates across departments for optimal performance.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
