Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively address customer needs with personalized onboarding, training, and tailored solutions.
  • Coach customers to become proficient in Zoho products, promoting independence and success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with customers via travel, phone, email, and onsite visits to understand their needs and maximize Zoho utilization.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, best practices, and obtain relevant certifications.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in account management with a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Proficiency in application or internet-based customer support and self-management across multiple systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, leadership qualities, and enthusiasm for learning and teaching.
Requirements
  • Based in Somerset West or surrounding areas.
  • Regular presence at DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West (local candidates only).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel to customer locations.
