Requirements:

  • Extensive technical expertise in desktop support, systems administration, and troubleshooting, covering a wide range of hardware, software, and network environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and expertise in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, security protocols, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • The ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision, often leading projects or teams.
  • Leadership experience, potentially supervising junior and intermediate engineers, mentoring staff, and contributing to strategic IT decisions.
  • Experience in system deployment, maintenance, and optimization, including large-scale installations and configurations across multiple systems.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, as well as the ability to document and report on system performance and issues.
  • Project management skills to oversee IT initiatives, desktop upgrades, and other tech projects.
